Night photograph of a busy road at a crowded festival area lit by sodium street lamps and vehicle headlights. A white minivan sits at left, and a man in a dark jacket rides a red and black motorcycle toward the camera, with a second man in a white cap riding pillion. Headlights from cars and bikes stream down the road. On the right, a red-and-white banner bearing a portrait and text hangs beside a wooden cart with a signboard, and a few figures stand along the roadside among stalls and tents.

In the foreground, a line of about eight to ten people stand on the sandy ground beside a parked white car and a small white van with a worn roof. Several figures wear saris, shawls and dark jackets, and a few wear white or light robes. Their faces are dim in the low light. Beyond them, more people move around, and a blue truck is parked on the left. No identifiable a person figure is clearly visible, so this is a scene of people waiting in an outdoor evening crowd.2013-02-12February 08 20132013-02-08February 08 20132013-02-08February 10 20132013-02-10A night street photograph taken from inside a vehicle, showing a busy road with headlights and taillights of cars, vans and auto-rickshaws.
