A yoga session in a large white-floored hall, with participants seated on coloured mats in lotus-style and cross-legged postures. A man in a white shirt and grey trousers sits centre-front on an orange mat, and a blurred man in white kurta-style clothes leans forward on a blue mat at lower right. Behind them, women in white clothes sit on pink, purple and green mats, and a woman in an orange sari sits near a gilded throne-like seat. A framed portrait of a seated figure in orange robes stands on a gilded stand at the back, beside an ornate golden naga-hooded canopy and a painted backdrop of forest scenery. Blue mats bear the printed words Nithyananda Dhyanapeetam Yoga Mat.
