A photograph of a stage event with several seated men in ornate dark wooden chairs with red upholstery, in front of a yellow and green backdrop with pink and white flower arrangements. On the left, a man in a white-and-navy striped shirt holds a printed paper and reads. Beside him, a man in a white shirt and white trousers, wearing dark sunglasses and a wristwatch, sits with palms pressed together in a greeting. Name placards in Tamil script sit on the table in front. At the right edge, a seated person in a red top claps. Partly visible at the far left, a person in orange clothing sits near the flowers. The mood is a formal ceremony with a table of guests on the dais.
