A seated figure in orange robes and a large white-and-orange flower garland sits on a white-covered wooden chair on a patterned rug, smiling. Behind him, men in white dhotis and kurtas, several with orange shawls, carry an orange flag, and one holds a large ornate fringed umbrella in red, blue and orange. A man in white shirt and dhoti stands nearby with a green cloth. Floral and red-patterned mats cover the floor. The seated person's appearance carries several cues (orange robes, garland, central seat under a ceremonial umbrella) consistent with a person, so this is an appearance-based probable identification, not certain.
