Outdoor courtyard at dusk beside a low beige building and a block wall, with a storm grate in the concrete. A figure in a flowing saffron-orange robe with long dark hair stands at centre holding a long dark rod, facing a semicircle of about eight people in casual clothes: a man in a white-and-grey top at left, a woman in a pink top and dark trousers, a woman in a brown top and white pants, and people in cream and white outfits at right, one wearing a cream cable-knit sweater and white trousers, and another in a yellow head wrap. The group appears to be gathered around the central figure, who appears to guide them. Trees and parked cars stand behind the wall.

A central figure in an orange-red long jacket and orange dhoti with long dark hair and sandals gestures with raised arms while holding a staff, speaking to a small group. Three people stand facing him: a man in a white hooded sweatshirt and white pants on the left, a woman in a pink hoodie and navy skirt on the right foreground, and a man in a dark grey sweater on the right by the tent. Beige apartment buildings and a fence stand behind them under dusk light.2006-02-20A photo of a figure in flowing saffron-orange robes with long dark hair walking along a concrete courtyard past a row of cream-coloured single-storey houses with white doors and a grey roof. Behind them, several women stand in a loose group: one in a long black outfit holding a small green bundle, one in a lavender jacket and light trousers, and one in an orange shawl. Green shrubs and a mountain ridge rise in the background. The robed figure is an appearance-based a person, identified by long swept-back hair and saffron-orange clothing, walking near the front of the group.2006-02-22Outdoor photo on a paved courtyard in front of low buildings with a hillside and green trees behind. A long-haired man in full saffron-orange robes stands at the right foreground, smiling and looking toward the others. Behind him a bald older man wears an orange shawl over orange robes, and to the left a man in a dark blue track jacket and a man in white clothes stand near one another. At the right edge, several people in dark and colourful clothing stand near a parked white vehicle. The scene has an informal, gathering-like feel with people standing in loose formation.2006-02-22Outdoor photograph of a paved courtyard at a residential compound with cream-coloured single-storey buildings, a hillside and mountain behind, and a few potted plants. A long-haired person in flowing saffron-orange robes, barefoot, stands in the centre with one arm extended, pointing toward the buildings, as several men and women in casual shirts and trousers stand to the left watching. The person wears a wrap over the shoulder and has long, loose dark hair, with strong sunlight casting long shadows across the ground. Appearance suggests a person (saffron robes, long hair, wrap) directing the group, though the image is not clearly identifiable.2006-02-20February 20 2006, Arrival At Los Angeles2006-02-20A photograph of a long-haired man in flowing saffron-orange robes and a matching shawl walking across a concrete courtyard between small pale stucco cottages with white doors and tidy shrubs. Mountains rise in the background under a clear sky.2006-02-22February 22 20062006-02-22Outdoor photo on a grey paved lot with a white minivan, low tan buildings and mountains behind. On the right, a woman with long dark hair wears a flowing saffron-orange robe and stands smiling with her hands at her sides; she is a candidate for a person by appearance cues (long hair, saffron clothing), but her face-independent cues are only moderately distinctive. Two men stand to the left: one in a blue jacket and grey trousers, another in a white shirt and white trousers, with a partially visible person at the far left edge.2006-02-22A photograph taken outdoors at a residential courtyard with a pale stucco wall, white doors numbered 6, and a narrow concrete walkway bordered by a small landscaped bed of young plants and shrubs. A man with long dark wavy hair stands centre-frame wearing a bright orange-red puffer jacket over an orange-red robe, holding a long walking staff in his right hand. To the right, a man in a dark grey jacket stands with his arms folded, seen partly from behind.2006-02-20
