Two people stand before a cream wall with a large circular blue-green emblem bearing a stylized letter E, beside an American flag on a pole at left. A smiling man with short hair and glasses in a black polo shirt and grey trousers holds one end of a red hardcover book. A smiling woman with long dark hair, a black shawl over a white embroidered top, and a red bindi holds the other end, the book showing a red cover with a small portrait of a robed figure. The scene reads as a formal book presentation at a city office.
