Outdoors, several people dig red earth with hand tools in a group work scene, with a large banyan-like tree trunk behind them. In the foreground a woman in white with a long braid kneels and scrapes soil with a red-handled tool. A man in a bright orange shirt and orange trousers, shaved head, digs with a long-handled hoe. Beside him a woman in an orange-brown robe with rudraksha beads digs with a hoe, and another person in orange garments works at right. Others in blue, white and orange clothing stand or bend in the background, and a green patch of grass and a concrete edge show near the ground.
