He wears an orange-saffron silk turban, orange robes with gold border, a rudraksha mala and a long multicoloured flower garland, with a red bindi on his forehead and white paint on his bare arm. His right hand is raised in blessing and he smiles, with bare feet resting on a white cushioned footstool. A silver plate sits at the lower left and red petals are scattered on the floor.2003-03-01A photograph of a seated figure in saffron-orange robes and an orange turban, hands pressed together in namaste, on an ornate wooden throne with a maroon velvet back and a carved crest. Heavy garlands of marigold, red roses and white-and-blue flower strands hang over his shoulders and the throne. Behind him are a tall red-and-gold canopy and fly-whisk style ornaments, and a silver bowl of flowers sits at his feet. To the left stands a man in white clothes with a shoulder cloth and rudraksha beads, and to the right a bearded man in white kurta with curly hair faces the throne. Bananas and offerings lie in the lower foreground, with a red-and-gold cushion draped in flowers. The figure appears to be a probable Swamiji seated on the throne, with saffron robes, orange turban and garlanded adornments as the qualifying cues.2004-07-02
