A large crowd of devotees, mostly men in white shirts and dhotis and women in saris and salwar, stands and queues along metal barricades, some reaching toward food being served from a table at right. A man in an orange shirt stands in the background near the tent, and a bearded man in a white shirt and lanyard stands at the serving area. A white backdrop and warm lights frame the scene.

Men wear white shirts, white dhotis and a striped button shirt; a woman in a light blue sari stands in the foreground; another woman wears a red top with a flower in her hair. A large printed banner of a smiling man in orange robes with a shaved head is at the upper right, and a red-and-white Tamil banner with a green canopy hangs at the left.
