A white and yellow Tata utility van with a blue roof sign reading R.A.P. and two orange flags on poles is parked on a dirt lane lined with thatched huts and brick houses. The van's front grille and bumper are garlanded with white flower strands. An older woman in a pink sari with patterned border stands in the foreground with her hands pressed together in greeting, while a barefoot man in a white shirt and checked lungi and a woman in a green sari approach the vehicle. A young boy in white shirt and shorts watches from the left. The scene suggests a community outreach distribution visit, with the van as the focal point.
