A photograph of a temple courtyard ritual. In the centre, a man with long dark hair, orange-saffron robe and a multi-strand orange and gold necklace stands with his hands raised and eyes lifted, holding a small vessel, beside a tall brass lamp with a lit flame. Behind him a bald man in white dhoti and shawl holds a long-handled red and gold umbrella over him. To the left a white-clad elder stands with palms pressed together, and a woman in a white sari with a shawl stands near him. A young man in a light shirt films or photographs. On the left, a deity murti in orange cloth is garlanded with multicoloured flower garlands, with a white draped altar cloth. Brass lamps, flower-filled plates and a stone pillar frame the scene, and a red-walled building stands behind.

Temple courtyard ritual with red-washed walls and a carved stone pillar. A man with long swept-back hair, orange cloth wrap, gold armbands and a garland of white and orange flowers kneels at right with hands folded before a tray of offerings, probable Swamiji by appearance cues (long hair, saffron clothing, ornate gold adornments). Behind him an older man in white clothes and a woman in a white sari with gold border stand with palms together. At left, a large deity murti is draped in a multicolour flower garland and orange cloth. A small white and orange figure sits on a platform in front, and brass oil lamps with lit wicks stand nearby, with a red and white canopy at right.

A shaved-headed man in white dhoti and white upper cloth, with a rudraksha mala, sits cross-legged in prayer with palms pressed together at a temple courtyard shrine. In front of him is a white statue of a seated figure wearing an orange robe and orange turban, with a red-and-gold mala-style garland. Brass lamps, a bowl, flowers and offerings sit on a stone platform, and a large deity murti draped in white and garlanded with marigolds and purple flowers stands at right. Red walls, a carved stone pillar, a sign board reading Dhyanapeetam and a wall clock complete the scene.

A photograph of a man in orange saffron robes and a rudraksha mala standing with palms pressed together in namaskar, smiling and gazing upward beside a seated white and red statue of a robed figure with clasped hands. He has a red bindi on his forehead and a gold-bordered orange shawl. Behind him are a framed deity picture, a hanging brass bell, and a red wall with printed signage. A brass lamp stands in the lower left foreground. The man is an appearance-based candidate for a person but the identification is uncertain, so he is described by role as a devotee in orange robes.
