Inside a stone-pillared temple corridor, a man in a rust-red dhoti and shawl wears a long fresh garland of yellow, white and purple flowers and walks barefoot with a sacred-thread appearance and dark beaded mala. He is flanked by a man in saffron-orange robes holding a brass pot and wearing rudraksha beads, while several women in green, rust, blue and red saris and a man in a striped shirt stand in a line watching. A ceiling fan, fluorescent lights, a wall clock and a small deity image above a doorway frame the scene. Appearance-based label: a person for the garlanded man in rust-red, though his identity is uncertain.2017-02-07February 07 20172017-02-07Photograph inside a stone temple hall in Tiruvannamalai with dark carved pillars and fluorescent lights.
