Outdoor photo of a large black polished Shivalinga rising from a shallow water basin, decorated with multicoloured flower garlands wrapped around its shaft and base, with water spraying from its sides. Several saffron-robed sannyasis stand in the water at its base, one wearing a white and red flower garland. Around the basin, rows of people in white clothing stand and walk on red-and-white striped tiered steps, with a sandy embankment, bare trees, utility poles and strings of orange pennants in the background. The people wearing white are visible in several places, some carrying objects.
