A man in a white shirt and dark trousers stands at center holding a microphone and speaking. Beside him, a woman in a cream sari and another woman in a red-and-gold sari stand near the open window, and a man in white clothes stands at the rail. On the right, a cameraman in a striped shirt operates a video camera on a tripod. At left, a framed portrait of a seated figure with an orange cloth draped over a wicker chair, beside a red mat and tall striped ceremonial poles.
