A night street scene in a busy town, with a large illuminated outline figure of a standing man made of white and orange fairy lights rising above the road. The figure wears a head wrap and a long striped shawl over a dark garment. Dark silhouetted pedestrians and vehicles fill the foreground, and a billboard with Tamil text and street lamps line the background. The figure is a light display, not a physical person, and no candidate is visibly present in the scene.
