A photograph of an open dusty ground at a crowded outdoor event, lined with young potted palm saplings in soil mounds. A large red and yellow water tanker truck stands at left, with a long red hose running across the ground to a row of people at right who are filling containers and working at the hose. Several people in white shirts and dhotis, and one in saffron robes at right, walk among a crowd near tents and stalls under a clear sky.
