In the centre, a man in a red-orange garment and a gold-coloured shawl stands with his hands together while several bare-chested men with orange cloths around their waists and shoulders surround him. Several people carry garlands or offerings, and a warm lamp light illuminates the scene. The setting appears to be a South Indian temple courtyard associated with a padukapooja-style welcome. No clear face-based identification is made; the central figure's appearance is not distinctive enough to confirm identity.2012-05-16A photograph taken inside a temple doorway at night. A man with long, swept-back hair, wearing a white garment with a shawl and a garland of flowers around his neck, stands at the threshold between two temple pillars. Beside him, a monk in saffron-orange robes and another person in orange clothing stand close by, with one holding a ritual object. The setting is a dim, warmly lit temple interior with stone walls. Consistent with a temple visit, the figure is an appearance-based candidate for a person, but the appearance is only partly visible and cues are limited, so identity is uncertain. Three people are visible.2012-05-16May 16 20122012-05-16May 16 20122012-05-16Photograph inside a narrow temple passage at the Kanjanoor Agniswarar temple.
