An elderly man with glasses wears a white dhoti with a red-and-gold border and a multicoloured shawl, and stands smiling beside a man with long dreadlocks in a lavender shirt and black trousers. On the right, a bare-chested man with dreadlocks wears an orange-red wrap and stands with hands clasped. A cameraman in an orange-red wrap films, and another person in red stands beside him. Several other people in orange and red garments are partly visible at the edges, and a red building sits in the background.
