Night procession scene: a large illuminated ratha/chariot with a tiered, multi-roofed golden shrine structure decorated with lights, garlands and colourful festoons, carrying a deity murti under bright lamps. In the foreground a dense crowd of devotees in white clothes faces the chariot, many with hands raised or folded. A small figure in white stands near the chariot's base beside a flagstaff. Green and yellow neon lights outline the platform, with a white tent canopy and a red building at right. Legible neon lettering curves along the base. Around 30 people are visible, mostly partially shown in silhouette.
