A photograph of relief distribution on a dirt road. In the foreground a woman in a blue patterned saree carries two steel bowls of cooked rice. Behind her a white mini-truck with colourful painted side panels has a large orange banner showing a smiling man in an orange turban and saffron robe, with Tamil and English text reading Thane Cyclone Relief. Several people stand or sit in the truck bed and a man in a striped shirt stands at left. Palm trees and dry scrub line the road.
