Two men in white shirts with orange saffron shawls stand at steel pots and serve food onto plates held by a line of children in mixed colours, including red, orange and pink clothing. Other children sit on the ground at right, eating from plates, while a young woman in purple and a few adults in light clothing stand among them. Dry scrubland and trees appear beyond the wall. +1 copiesPhoto 82861022009-01-01 +2 copiesNovember 27 20122012-11-27October 01 20062006-10-01February 24 20072007-02-24April 06 20122012-04-06November 27 20122012-11-27A photograph of an outdoor food distribution line beside a white-walled temple compound. Several volunteers in white shirts and orange shawls serve food from large metal pots and steel vessels, one holding flatbread. Children and young women line up along the white wall and a dirt path, some holding plates and leaves. A white temple structure with pillars and a small shed stands behind the wall, with dry trees and open land beyond. The scene reads as annadanam, a community meal service.
