Outdoor photograph of a smiling man seated on a gold-trimmed throne-like chair on a decorated float, wearing an orange saffron-coloured garment draped over one shoulder, a cream turban with gold sequined trim, a red tilak on the forehead, a gold armlet and bangle, and multiple layered garlands of red, white and yellow flowers around his neck. Balloons in yellow, pink, blue and white are visible behind and below him, a pink flag flutters on a wooden pole at right, and palm trees and a concrete wall stand in the background. Unclear whether this is the presiding figure; the page does not state he is present, so identity is uncertain.
