A large outdoor hoarding with a framed portrait of a smiling man with long dark hair, a red bindi, and gold ornate necklaces, set against a white background with a purple-and-red scalloped border. Tamil text runs down the right side and along the bottom of the banner. A tree and blue sky appear at the top right, with other shop signs and wires along the street behind it. The printed portrait is labelled with a name in Tamil script, and the banner is the subject; no physical people are present in the scene.
