A long corrugated galvanized metal shed under construction on a dirt plot beside a road, with a dark doorway opening in its side. A single worker in a light shirt and dark trousers crouches at the base of the wall near the doorway, working on the ground beside a metal bucket and green plastic pail. Overhead utility poles and tangled power lines cross a partly cloudy blue sky, with palm trees and a green gate at the right edge.

Several barred or shuttered windows line the wall. A small red-and-yellow flag flies from a pole on the roof's left end, and coconut palms and a tree stand behind it under a clear sky. At the right, a single worker in white shirt and dark trousers crouches among the debris, apparently clearing or working on the ground.
