In the foreground, a row of men and women sit closely together on the pavement, several in white shirts and white dhotis, one woman in a pink sari and another in a pink top. An older man in front has a red-and-white tilak smeared on his forehead. Behind them, a standing crowd of men in checked and striped shirts, one in an orange dhoti, watches attentively.
