Upward-angled photo of a bunch of colourful heart-shaped balloons rising against a clear blue sky, in red, blue, pink, white, yellow, green, purple and orange. Below, a figure in an orange-red robe and a white and orange flower garland holds a golden trident-like staff topped with a trident finial, and grips a red and gold parasol with tassels. A large silver ceremonial vehicle edge is visible at right. Strings from the balloons are tied to the parasol area. The scene suggests a procession with a ceremonial umbrella and balloon release.
