Night scene at an outdoor stepped square platform where fireworks burst upward in showers of sparks and smoke. Several men in white dhotis and orange shawls stand around the platform; the man on the right wears an orange robe and holds a lit firework, while a man in an orange shawl at the left-centre bends toward the platform. Another man in an orange robe stands further right, and a partially visible person in orange appears at the lower left. Dark sky and ground surround the scene, with scattered debris and sparks on the concrete. The setting suggests a Diwali celebration with crackers at an ashram.
