Photograph of a crowded outdoor-covered area with a smoky fire pit in the foreground, with smoke rising from a flame in a brass vessel. Many devotees stand packed together, most seen from behind or in profile, women in sarees and salwar-style outfits, a girl in a white dress with blue trim, and an older woman with grey hair in the lower right. Leafy mango-style branches with hanging strings of decorations frame the top. In the background a temple structure with carved stone pillars and a gopuram-like shrine sits in bright daylight. Appears to be a homa or ritual fire with devotees gathered around. No clearly identifiable a person figure is visible.
