Night street photograph of a crowd of men on a roadside at a Coimbatore-area junction during the Kodikkan ratha yatra. Most wear white shirts and white dhotis, and several have orange or saffron shawls draped over their shoulders. A man in the centre wears an orange shawl and gestures toward a companion. Parked vehicles, a white van at right, street lights and a glowing billboard appear in the background, with a barrier marked with text behind the crowd. No clearly identifiable a person candidate is visible, so the figures are described by role and clothing only.
