A photograph of an unfinished outdoor hall under construction at dusk, with grey concrete block walls rising in tiers and open window-like gaps along side wall sections. Bare ground, piled earth and a muddy patch lie in the foreground. Two figures stand at the site: one in a dark top and light trousers near the centre, and another in white clothing at the right edge. Palm and tall trees silhouette the horizon under a pale sky with the low sun glowing at right.
