In the foreground a person seen from behind, with long light-coloured hair, wears an orange cloth and white paint on the arms, raising both arms in worship. Brass bells hang at the top left and right, and a gold-coloured urn sits at the lower right. Pink petals are heaped on a red cloth at the base of the shrine, and the caption on the image reads Shatmurthy Deeparadhanam, Nithyanandeshwara Paramashivam Brahmotsavam - Day 6.
