A photograph taken inside a white tent with cream fabric walls. A man with long dark hair and a white tilak mark on his forehead sits on an ornate cream upholstered armchair with carved reddish-brown wooden frame. He wears an orange-saffron shawl draped over orange robes, hands folded in his lap, eyes lowered. Palm fronds appear at the right edge. In the foreground, the backs of several seated people in white and dark clothing face him, one with a shaved head.2005-11-04Close portrait of a man with long, swept-back black hair and a red bindi on his forehead, seated on an orange cushioned throne. He wears a sleeveless saffron-orange shawl wrapped over his shoulders and holds his hands clasped in his lap. Behind him are blurred red and gold draped fabrics, a brass vessel and a white statue wrapped in red and gold cloth. Probable Swamiji (probable): long swept-back hair, saffron-orange robes and a seated throne position, consistent with the page's Swamiji reference; identity rests on appearance only.2010-07-08July 03 20082008-07-03July 08 20102010-07-08December 26 20082008-12-26A man with long, dark, swept-back hair and a small red tilak on his forehead sits on a white cushioned chair on a stage, wearing a loose saffron-orange robe draped over one shoulder. His hands are clasped in his lap and he looks to his right, toward a microphone on a stand. A small steel cup and a folded paper sit on a white-draped table beside him. Behind him hangs a dark blue curtain, and at the left edge a second person in orange robes sits on a gilded throne with red cushioning. Appearance-based candidate for a person seated as the speaker. Visible cues: long swept-back hair, saffron robe, tilak.2007-01-05A seated man in an orange saffron wrap sits cross-legged on a large white throne-style seat in front of a deep red velvet curtain. He has long dark hair falling past his shoulders, a small red bindi on his forehead, and his hands are folded in his lap while he gazes upward. A microphone on a stand is angled toward him, and a small vase of pink flowers and a water bottle sit on a side table at left. Two partially visible people in white clothing sit in the foreground at the lower left, and another person in orange is partly visible at the lower right. Probable Swamiji: the long swept-back hair, saffron wrap and seated position on a throne-like seat match the page's claim, though the face is not used for identification.May 24 20062006-05-24A seated figure in saffron-orange robes with long, swept-back dark hair sits cross-legged on a white-draped raised platform, speaking into a microphone on a stand. Several people in white or pale clothing sit with their backs to the camera on black chairs in the foreground, facing the stage. Behind the platform hangs a deep red curtain beneath a yellow banner with partly visible lettering. The scene appears to be a seated discourse in a hall. Swamiji (probable): the seated speaker wears saffron robes and has long swept-back hair, a compatible presentation with several cues.2006-09-17A seated man in an orange sleeveless robe with gold trim sits on a cushioned golden-tan throne-style chair with dark carved wooden arms. He wears a long garland of white flowers with red and green accents and a gold ornate necklace, with a red tilak on his forehead. His hands rest in his lap and he gazes to the side. A microphone stand is at left and white draped curtains form the backdrop. Swamiji (probable): long swept-back hair, saffron robe, ceremonial gold necklace and garland cues are present, seated on a throne.2009-12-23Indoor photo of a seated man with long dark hair and a red tilak on his forehead, wearing an orange-saffron garment draped over his shoulders and bare chest, resting his chin on one hand while seated on a red quilted cushioned seat covered with white cloth. He is on a green mat with an orange cushion at his feet. Behind him, a seated audience in white dhotis and white clothing fills the hall, and framed pictures hang on the wall. Appearance-based candidate for Swamiji (probable): long swept-back hair, saffron ornate clothing and a tilak, seated as the central figure of the gathering.2008-01-03A photograph of a man with long, swept-back black hair and a small red bindi on his forehead, wearing a saffron-orange draped robe, seated on a white cushioned chair in front of dark blue drapery. Behind him, a second person in saffron-orange robes and a rudraksha mala stands beside an ornate gold throne with carved lion-like figures. The seated man has distinctive long hair and saffron clothing, and the page indicates he is the Swamiji, so this is an appearance-based probable identification.2007-02-05
