A bare-chested man with long dark hair wrapped in a tall reddish-orange braided turban and a saffron-orange shawl touches the forehead of a devotee with his right hand. The devotee, a man with short greying hair in a cream kurta with a small pattern, wears a rudraksha mala and stands with eyes closed. Behind them, another saffron-clad figure wearing dark beaded malas and a man in a brown-grey turban are visible, with a metal railing and dark backdrop. The gesture resembles a blessing or diksha.2018-04-30April 23 20182018-04-23July 20 20122012-07-20December 12 20162016-12-12April 23 20182018-04-23A photo of a ceremonial blessing. A figure with long black hair, a white vibhuti mark on the forehead, and a pink-white-green garland sits on the left wearing a tiger-striped yellow and black garment with a brown sash and gold bangles, and places a hand on the head of a seated older man with short grey hair. The older man wears a deep red and orange shawl and is bowing his head. Behind them a standing figure in a peach and orange sari with a rudraksha mala is visible, and a golden kalasha-style vessel and a maroon cushioned seat appear in the setting. Several onlookers stand in the background. The seated figure wearing the striped garment matches several appearance cues, with long swept-back hair, garland and gold adornments, but the appearance is not conclusive, so the identity is recorded as unsure.2012-12-16A seated man in an orange-red draped robe with a golden border and a brown rudraksha mala around his neck places his right hand on the forehead of a man in a white shirt with an orange-red scarf. His hair is swept back in a bun and he has a white tilak on his forehead. The recipient closes his eyes and holds his left hand near his face. Behind them, a golden-clad deity murti is decorated with yellow and red flower garlands, and two women in white with red borders stand at the right. An air conditioner and a sea-wave picture sit in the background. Appearance-based label: a person, giving a blessing in person, with the bun, orange-red robe and rudraksha mala as cues.2013-09-13April 04 20182018-04-04April 23 20182018-04-23April 04 20182018-04-04
