Close-up photograph of two ornate silver trishulas, the trident staves of Lord Shiva, with engraved floral and scroll patterns on the prongs and twisted, knobbed shafts. Behind them a dark maroon curtain hangs. At the left edge, a partially visible man with dark curly hair and a beard, wearing a white garment, is turned away from the camera, appearing to be a devotee or priest in a temple setting.2018-05-31 +1 copiesJuly 07 20092009-07-07May 03 20142014-05-03April 19 20182018-04-19February 08 20132013-02-08A seated figure in orange robes and a pink-and-green flower garland holds a large silver trident upright in front of a gold-ornate backdrop with a deity relief and red floral garlands. A red tiger-striped cushion rests on a seat to the right, and a brass drum stands beside a smaller trident on the left. Two blurred devotees in the foreground and a figure in orange at the left edge are partially visible. Probable Swamiji cues: long swept-back dark hair, saffron robe and rudraksha mala, seated on a throne-like gold seat with the trident.2009-07-07April 18 20182018-04-18July 04 20122012-07-04Close photograph of an ornate silver trishula, a trident with curled prongs and floral engraving on its head and twisted, patterned shaft, held upright in the foreground. Behind it, slightly out of focus, a bare-shouldered man with long dark hair and a sandalwood/white forehead mark wears a red rudraksha mala and a gold chain, with a leopard-print cloth over his shoulder. The background is a richly embossed gold-and-silver backdrop with decorative bead-like finials at the upper right. The trident is the sharpest element, and the man is partly obscured by it.2018-04-01A silver trident (trishul) with twisted and engraved shaft stands upright in the foreground, its tines decorated with white jasmine-style flower garlands and an orange-and-white floral bundle at the base of the shaft. Behind it, a blurred hall shows draped tables with yellow and white cloths, red curtains, and a few out-of-focus seated figures, one wrapped in gold-yellow cloth, with a dark doorway on the right. No identifiable figure is clearly in focus, so the a person field is unsure rather than a claimed identification.2018-05-12 +1 copiesClose photograph of a polished silver trident (trishul) held upright by a hand gripping its shaft at lower right.
