The pole is wrapped in leafy green mango-style leaves and white jasmine-like garlands, with a bunch of red flowers tied at its base. At the top, a cloth of white with gold and red border woven silk is draped and knotted around the head of the pole, and a yellow-white flower cluster sits beneath it. A thin cable runs across the upper right of the frame. No people are visible.

A photograph of a kalasha, a metal pot wrapped in white cloth with a red-and-gold bordered sari-style border, topped with mango leaves and a coconut with a red mark, set on a silver tray. Behind it stand gold-and-brass ritual fittings, garlands of yellow and purple flowers, and a red pillar. At the far left, a partially visible figure in saffron-orange clothing with a rudraksha mala appears beside a white statue, and a small deity murti stands on a red base at the right. No physical people are clearly visible in the central scene apart from the partial figure at the edge. Ritual setting consistent with puja preparations.

Outdoor photograph of a ceremonial flag post wrapped in green and gold cloth with white bands, garlanded with red, pink and yellow flowers and topped with a bundle of green leaves and a rope. A figure on the left in orange robes with bare chest and folded hands (anjali) stands beside a copper vessel, and a brass lidded urn sits on a stand. Behind the pole is an ornate golden lattice screen with cut-out floral patterns. A small sign or emblem with a painted figure appears on the green cloth. Watermarked archive photo.

A brass kalasha pot stands on a grey concrete step, wrapped with a white cloth bordered in red and gold zari. Mango leaves rise from its mouth around a mound of yellow turmeric-dusted coconut fibre with a red kumkum mark. The pot rests on a brass plate. Beside it lie a torn newspaper, a small plastic packet of powder, and green weeds at the edge of the step. No people are visible.

Outdoor photo of a bare-chested man in a gold crown and heavy gold ornaments, with a dense garland of red and yellow flowers over his shoulders, wrapping a white cloth bound with a green and gold patterned border around a tall golden pillar topped with dried palm-leaf thatch. He holds a bunch of red and yellow flowers against the pillar with his right hand, wearing multiple bangles and bracelets, and his eyes are closed in a serene expression. Palm trees and green foliage fill the background under a pale sky. The scene suggests a ritual dressing of a sacred pillar or post with flower garlands and cloth, with a person candidate performing the act.
