A dense crowd of men surrounds a procession near a canopy decorated with hanging bunches of green bananas, yellow bananas and coconuts, with purple and red striped cloth above. In the centre, a bald saffron-robed sannyasi with a rudraksha mala raises his right hand in blessing, while a shaved-headed monk in saffron and an orange-turbaned man in saffron robes stand nearby. A man in a white shirt with a long rudraksha mala and a bald monk in a yellow-and-saffron shawl are also visible. A yellow building with partial lettering stands at left. The scene appears to be a devotional outdoor procession with fruit-laden decorations.

At the centre, a figure in a red-and-maroon robe and a red-orange turban wears a long garland of red and white flowers and stands among shaved-headed men in saffron and orange cloths and white shirts who press forward, some with hands raised. Onlookers in white shirts and dhotis fill the foreground and the background. The setting suggests a darshan or procession visit; the figure's face is not clearly visible enough to confirm identity, and the appearance cues are only partial, so the candidate is uncertain.2014-07-01Crowded street procession under a canopy decorated with hanging bunches of green and yellow bananas and coconut-like fruit, with purple and red cloth draped beneath. Around him men in saffron and orange robes and orange shawls press close, one holding a trident-topped staff, and a bald man in orange stands behind. The subject's appearance is consistent with the page's reference to a person, based on the long hair, gold ornaments and garland.2009-01-01A candid photo at a temple entrance with a crowd behind. A long-haired figure in saffron-orange robes with a gold necklace sits on an ornate golden throne with a red cushion, smiling and raising a hand in blessing toward a devotee. The devotee in white dhoti and shirt with an orange headband bows forward while carrying a large bunch of green bananas balanced on his shoulder. Behind him, another attendant in white holds a bunch of bananas, and a woman in white reaches toward the devotee. The throne is framed by white and purple floral garlands and a white-and-purple draped canopy. The seated figure's appearance matches the probable Swamiji cues of long swept-back hair, saffron clothing and gold ornaments, presented with his role as a seated figure receiving offerings from devotees.2008-07-17
