A long-haired man seated on an orange-draped chair wears a maroon dhoti, layered gold necklaces, a white jasmine garland and a gold armband, and holds up a tall silver ceremonial staff. Before him a man in white kneels, washing or offering water over the seated man's feet from a silver plate holding fruit and flowers. Behind them two shaved-headed men in orange robes with rudraksha malas sit, and a man in orange stands. Seated devotees on the left, including a woman in a white top with folded hands, watch. A man in orange near the top left takes a photograph. Wooden doors and windows are in the background. The seated man is a person by appearance cues: long swept-back hair, gold ornaments and a garland, though identity is uncertain from appearance.2014-06-20Indoor scene of a padapuja at a devotee's home. A seated man in a red-orange turban, orange-red robe, white and red floral garland and multiple rudraksha malas sits on a chair with a smile while a woman in a white sari with jasmine in her hair and a man in white with vertical tilak kneel and wash his feet from a brass plate holding yellow fruits and lemons. Behind them, a shaved-headed young man in orange robes and a man in white with a gold-bordered dhoti stand near a ceiling fan, and a man in orange stands at left. A basket of red fruit sits at lower right and a patterned floor mat lies on the tiles. The seated figure fits a probable Swamiji appearance from the turban, garlanded robes and malas, and the role is a devotee's home padapuja.2014-07-01Indoor photo of a pada puja at a house visit. A seated man in an orange-and-maroon robe, with a yellow-and-red floral garland and bangles, sits on a cushion while a woman in a red top and orange saree and a man in orange robes wash his feet from a brass plate. A young man in white dhoti with rudraksha mala holds a silver staff or sceptre beside him. Two monastic attendants in orange with rudraksha malas stand behind, one holding a camera. Several people in white and saffron-toned clothes sit or stand with hands folded along the wall, and a red patterned rug covers the floor. The depicted man is labelled a person on appearance cues: the swept-back hair, the ceremonial floral garland and gold-toned adornments; this is an appearance-based candidate, not a confirmed identity.2014-07-08A seated figure in an orange-saffron shawl and white dhoti, wearing red and white flower garlands with green leaves and a rudraksha mala, smiles while holding a long silver ceremonial staff upright. Before him on a brass tray, younger devotees in white garments with orange-clad attendants kneel and pour liquid from a small white bowl; fruit and flowers sit on the tray. Standing around are women in red and maroon saris and men in white shirts and orange robes with rudraksha beads, some with hands pressed in namaskar. The room has yellow walls and a window with grills, and a small red decoration hangs at right. The seated figure has distinctive long swept-back hair and ceremonial adornment, consistent with the page's reference to a person.2014-07-04 +1 copiesJune 21 20142014-06-21 +1 copiesJuly 04 20142014-07-04 +1 copiesA indoor photo of a seated woman in a red-brown sari with a yellow-and-red garland of marigolds and roses, hands folded in namaste, while a plate of flowers is offered at her feet.
