Two saffron-robed men embrace on a stage under a white canopy with purple drapes and marigold garlands. The man at centre-right with long dark hair and a red-orange shawl is tearfully embracing a bare-chested man with his hair tied up in a knot at left, whose orange cloth wraps his waist and drapes over his shoulder. At right, an attendant in orange holds a white-and-red flower garland. Seated on red-cushioned gold chairs behind them are saffron-clad monks and white-bearded elders, with a man in a white shirt standing in the back. Several people are visible in the audience and on the stage, including a bearded man in orange at right.2007-08-09September 23 20062006-09-23A photograph of an outdoor gathering on a dirt ground beside palm trees and greenery, with red and white bunting strung in the background. A tall figure with long, swept-back dark hair wears a saffron-orange sleeveless robe and stands at right, facing a group. Opposite him, a shaved-headed man in an orange robe with a gold-bordered dhoti stands with his back partly turned, speaking. Other men stand around in orange, peach and white dhotis and shirts, including an older man in white with glasses at left and a man in a peach shawl and dhoti at centre. A woman in an orange sari stands at far right, and a person in a blue shirt is behind the group.2007-08-09May 08 20122012-05-08May 22 20122012-05-22 +2 copiesA long-haired man in saffron robes stands at left, smiling, with his arm extended to place a gold necklace over the head of a shaved-headed monk in orange robes. Both wear white jasmine and red rose garlands. Behind them stand other saffron-clad devotees under a white draped tent with pink and red fabric, banana leaves and red carpet. A man in white robes stands at far right. The setting appears to be a festive religious gathering. Swamiji (probable): the long-haired man in saffron robes, with long swept-back hair, saffron clothing and a ceremonial gold necklace he is placing on another monk, fits the page's Swamiji reference.2008-01-01December 24 20082008-12-24August 09 20072007-08-09February 22 20112011-02-22 +1 copiesAugust 17 20102010-08-17Annadhan in 20142014-01-01 +2 copiesA photograph of an indoor hall with polished floor where a white-haired elderly man in white dhoti and shirt sits in a wheelchair, hands folded in namaskar, wearing a red-and-gold shawl with a small red tilak on his forehead.
