A dense crowd of seated devotees fills a hall at night, mostly women in sarees and salwar kameez in pastel, red, blue and orange tones, with a few men in white shirts. Many sit on white plastic chairs and gaze toward the front, some with folded hands, and a woman in a light blue outfit holds a baby. The camera-side foreground shows a woman in white and a man in glasses and white attire, and a standing man in a light shirt moves along the aisle. The setting suggests a satsang or discourse audience with the speaker off-frame.

Front row: a woman in an orange and yellow printed sari, a woman in a brown top with a cream and blue patterned sari, a young girl with braided hair, and a young woman in a maroon hijab and a light blue shawl holding a small object. Behind them, older women in white, red, yellow and green saris wear spectacles and gold necklaces. Bamboo staging and rows of spectators fill the background, with blue and red banners at the upper edge.
