The figure has a golden-brown painted face, long dark hair, and wears a mustard-gold turban with a jewelled crest, a red bindi, gold chandelier earrings, layered pearl and ruby necklaces, rudraksha bracelets, and a rudraksha belt over a flowing mustard-gold garment. The right hand is raised in a blessing gesture and the left arm hangs at the side. Gilded carved frames surround the figure. This is a statue, not a living person, and the figure's identity is not established by visible text.2012-05-06A life-sized metallic statue of a standing sannyasi in a golden-yellow robe and matching yellow turban, with a red bindi on the forehead. The figure raises one hand in a blessing gesture and wears a long rudraksha mala and a pendant necklace. It stands in a gilded arched niche with ornate repoussé carving, framed against a blue satin curtain dotted with mirror-like sequins. The statue has a glossy bronze-gold finish and bare feet on a small round base. No physical people are present. The page indicates a person was at this event, but the figure is a statue and its appearance is not verified as a person, so this is a depiction only in the sense of a statue of a sannyasi.2011-08-02A gilded metal statue stands within an ornate golden arched frame with a blue sequined backdrop. The statue wears a yellow turban, a yellow draped robe, a rudraksha mala and a jewelled pendant, and holds its right hand raised in a blessing gesture. It stands on a red sequined pedestal cloth. A purple emblem and the edge of white fabric appear at the lower left. This is a statue, not a living person, and the appearance of the figure is consistent with a probable Swamiji depiction given the turban, yellow robe and rudraksha cues, so the statue is labeled Swamiji (probable) as a depiction.2011-08-02February 08 20132013-02-08December 27 20122012-12-27August 14 20112011-08-14November 25 20122012-11-25
