A photograph of a crowded hall with red-and-white striped floor mats where many men and boys stand among small hand weights scattered on the mats. Most wear white kurtas or white shirts, while others wear dark or grey t-shirts, a yellow t-shirt and navy shirt. A bald man in a black shirt and an older man with white hair in a white kurta stand near the front, and an orange-shirted man stands in the middle. Dark wood-panelled walls with patterned fabric panels and a red EXIT sign frame the room. Several people wear name badges. No one in the scene is identified by face; no a person candidate is clearly visible.
