Two gilded deity murtis are seated together on a pink and blue draped platform, one with four arms, a golden crown and a yellow-orange garment, the other with dark hair and a red-white beaded necklace; both are adorned with marigold and red flower garlands. A smaller figure in an orange turban and saffron robe sits before them, and a standing statue in orange clothing with a red headcloth stands at the right beside a blue curtain. A white marble lingam-like object sits on a stone pedestal in front. Wooden pews line both sides of the aisle. No living people are clearly visible apart from a partially shown figure at the left edge and a dark silhouette at the right edge.2011-09-04June 16 20132013-06-16Photograph of a gilded shrine arch framing two large painted deity statues seated side by side, a male figure with trident and a female figure with garlands in teal and pink garments, both draped in red, yellow and multicolour flower garlands and gold ornaments. In front, a shivalinga-style object is adorned with garlands on a grey stone platform. A priest in an orange-red cloth, with a white forehead mark, sits at the left and performs ritual work. Metal railings and a pink floor carpet frame the view.2013-04-09 +2 copiesApril 14 20132013-04-14May 22 20132013-05-22April AF 2013Photograph of a temple shrine under a metal-framed roof with a red carpet running toward a raised stone shrine. The shrine holds painted statues of a seated deity pair: the male figure wears orange and holds a trident, the female figure wears a magenta and purple sari, both with garlands, behind a blue curtain and gold arch. A green-clad devotee bends forward in prostration at the rail, and a figure in orange robes stands at the right edge. A standing statue in green and orange sits to the side. Steel railings line the walkway, and a partially visible bell or lamp hangs near the ceiling.2011-08-20February 22 20132013-02-22 +1 copies
