A photo on a dirt track lined with tall palm trees and bare trees under an overcast sky. A white hatchback with a roof rack is parked in the foreground. Behind it, a yellow truck bears a red and white banner reading A.S.N. and a portrait of a man in orange on its windshield, with a second orange-flagged vehicle beyond. Two men stand by the truck, one in a white shirt and lungi and another in a dark shirt, near a chain-link fence.

The foremost truck bears a white roof sign reading in Tamil script, with orange flags attached. In the cab of the front truck, a man in a white garment sits at the wheel, with another man beside him. A man in a red shirt and checked lungi stands on the left, and a person in white robes with a head covering stands at the right edge talking on a mobile phone. A small open-sided shelter with a tarpaulin roof stands at the left, with several people in white clothes nearby. Scattered litter lies on the ground and a cut leafy branch rests on the track.2012-01-07Photo of a cyclone relief site beside a dirt road lined with tall coconut palms under an overcast sky. A silver Ford SUV stands in the centre, while a saffron-robed sannyasi with a grey cap and backpack walks beside it. A man in a white shirt and blue lungi stands at left by a chain-link fence, and a man in white dhoti and shirt stands at right near the vehicle. A small white pickup truck with an orange banner on its side is parked at left, and a cluster of about eight people in white and mixed clothing stands near the truck and a small shrine. At right is an ornate stone temple gopuram-style entrance with carved figures on its roof and a doorway, with thatched huts and a tin-roofed shed behind. No individual's appearance supports an identification, so no candidate is marked.2012-01-04January 04 20122012-01-04January 03 20122012-01-03January 03 20122012-01-03January 03 20122012-01-03Two small cream and yellow pickup trucks parked on a muddy dirt track lined with tall coconut palms in misty light. The nearer truck has a painted peacock on its door, a yellow front panel and a cream cargo body with slatted sides, and its windscreen bears a Tamil-script name board. The farther truck is bright yellow with a painted peacock and a Tamil name board on its cab roof. A man in a white shirt and white dhoti stands at the left edge near the palms, and a rope runs across the foreground. The scene suggests relief-supply transport, though no supplies are visible.2012-01-03
