November 17 20092009-11-17 +1 copiesA man seated at a microphone stand, speaking to an unseen audience, wearing an orange saffron turban with a red bindi on his forehead, an orange shawl draped over orange robes, and a long gold-bead ceremonial necklace with gold ornaments. His long dark hair falls to his shoulders. Behind him stands an ornate gold throne with carved floral and scrolled relief, set against a dark blue draped backdrop. The figure matches the Swamiji (probable) appearance cues of orange turban, saffron clothing, long hair and ceremonial gold necklace, seated as the speaker at a discourse.2009-11-17Side-profile close-up of a smiling man in a bright orange turban and orange shawl, with a red tilak on his forehead, long dark hair falling behind his shoulder, and a gold chain at his neck. His arm is extended to the right. Behind him is a red backdrop and an ornate gold chair. Swamiji (probable): the orange turban, long swept-back hair, saffron robes and rudraksha mala match the cues for the page's subject, shown seated in a ceremonial setting. A printed vertical copyright line appears at the right edge.2010-08-30October 10 20112011-10-10A smiling man sits on an ornate golden throne with dark red velvet cushioning. He wears an orange turban with a gold border, an orange shawl edged in gold, and multiple strands of beaded rudraksha-style malas. A red bindi marks his forehead and a small clip-on microphone is attached near his ear. The gilded carved backdrop and a red-toned painted panel fill the background. Probable Swamiji is shown seated in saffron-orange ceremonial clothing, identifiable by the turban, saffron shawl and beaded necklaces, though the image is a single seated portrait.2011-11-25Close photograph of a smiling man seated in front of an ornate gold-toned carved backdrop, wearing an orange turban trimmed with gold braid and a red bindi on his forehead. He wears an orange saffron wrap with gold border draped over his shoulders and a long orange sash falling down his chest, along with a long strand of dark rudraksha beads and a black cord. His long dark hair falls past his shoulders and his right hand is partly visible at the left edge, apparently mid-gesture as he speaks.2011-09-15A photograph of a smiling man seated on an ornate gold throne with a red velvet cushion, set against a red and yellow floral backdrop. He wears a saffron-orange turban with a decorative blue and gold brooch at the centre, an orange shawl draped over one shoulder, a red bindi on his forehead, and gold and beaded necklaces. He is bare-shouldered from the chest up. Pictured individually, he has the appearance of a distinguished guru figure, a person by his saffron turban, orange shawl and ornate gold-and-bead necklaces, seated on a throne in an event setting. The throne, orange garments and turban support an in-person candidate, with the appearance cues qualifying the identification.2011-09-06 +1 copiesNovember 02 20112011-11-02November 02 20112011-11-02
