Multiple arms hold objects, and one hand is raised in a blessing gesture. Garlands of yellow, maroon and dark green flowers hang down both sides. Thick garlands of red, purple, yellow and green flowers drape its body and flank both sides of the shrine, with a green cloth canopy above. Golden staff-like rods and a gilded arch frame the figure under trees. This is a statue, not a living person. Offerings in white cloth sit at the base beside pink and yellow flowers, and a silver arch surrounds the shrine.2011-07-15Outdoor photo of a dark stone deity murti standing under an ornate silver arch set among green trees. The statue wears an orange saffron-coloured cloth wrap, a matching orange head covering, and long garlands of yellow and magenta flowers draped across its chest. Its arms are raised and it holds objects in its hands, and a rudraksha-style bead necklace is visible. To the left edge, a woman in white clothing stands partly visible near the arch. The silver arch is intricately carved with floral and scroll patterns, and sunlight filters through the leaves overhead.2010-10-04 +1 copiesJuly 20 20102010-07-20December 14 20102010-12-14December 28 20092009-12-28
