Outdoor photo at a hillside setting with rocky slopes behind. In the left foreground a long-haired man with wavy dark hair, wearing a sleeveless saffron-orange garment and a beaded rudraksha-style mala, looks downward with a red tilak on his forehead. Behind him a golden-roofed ornate palanquin or ratha-like structure carries a large saffron-toned banner showing a seated figure in orange robes with a saffron turban, raised hand in a blessing gesture. Two older men in white shirts stand in the middle ground, and a man in a white shirt holds a mobile phone to his ear in the lower right. A framed portrait is visible at the far right edge.2008-11-11December 24 20082008-12-24 +1 copiesDecember 24 20082008-12-24 +1 copiesA seated man in saffron-orange robes folds an orange cloth on his lap, wearing a heavy gold bead necklace with a gold pendant and a red bindi on a white-marked forehead. His long dark wavy hair falls past his shoulders. Behind him, several people in orange garments and orange caps sit and stand, and an older white-bearded man in white clothing with a red forehead mark sits to the right. A leopard-print cushion supports the seated figure, and stone steps are visible in the background. Swamiji (probable): the long swept-back hair, saffron robes, ceremonial gold necklace and red forehead mark are the qualifying cues for the seated man, who is distributing or folding saffron cloth among participants.2006-05-22Close profile photograph of a man with long, dark, curly hair swept back, wearing an orange-saffron shawl with a gold-edged border and a white horizontal tilak on his forehead, eyes lowered and smiling gently. A second man with a red tilak and white forehead marks sits at the right edge, partly visible, and a woman in an orange wrap is at left. Blurred onlookers in striped shirts stand in the background near rocky ground and greenery.2006-05-22A smiling man in a saffron-orange turban and orange robe stands outdoors during a procession, with long dark hair falling over his shoulders and a red tilak mark on his forehead. He wears a heavy gold ceremonial necklace with large beads. Behind him, a man in white clothing and a beard holds a long wooden pole of a purple fringed canopy with red tassels. Green foliage and pink flowers fill the background, and a white flag with a blue emblem is visible at the right edge.2005-12-31A close photograph of a man with long dark wavy hair and a red bindi and white forehead markings, wearing an orange saffron wrap draped over his shoulders and a heavy ornate gold necklace of large beads with black bands. His eyes are lowered. Behind him to the right stands another man with long hair, a red forehead mark and an orange robe, smiling. A golden canopy with red and green floral embroidery is visible at the top of the frame.2010-02-12October 21 20062006-10-21 +1 copiesDecember 23 20082008-12-23A man in profile with eyes closed sits in meditation outdoors. He wears an orange sleeveless garment and a long rudraksha mala with large dark beads, and has a red tilak on his forehead and long dark hair swept back. Behind him stands a large yellow and orange banner showing a seated figure in red and gold surrounded by several men in white clothes, with stone structures and green foliage in the background. A probable Swamiji appearance is visible through the long hair, orange clothing and rudraksha mala, and he appears to be the person in meditation.2010-08-30January 08 20102010-01-08 +1 copiesMay 24 20062006-05-24
