A photograph taken through the windows of a car, showing a figure in the front passenger seat wearing a saffron-orange turban and a saffron-orange dhoti-style wrap with bare chest, raising one hand in greeting. Around the car a crowd of people presses close, including a woman in a light blue headscarf, men in white shirts, and a man in an orange turban. The driver's seat in the foreground has a steering wheel and a plush toy hanging from the rear-view mirror. Outside are more onlookers in a dusty roadside setting.June 19 20082008-06-19January 20 20072007-01-20 +1 copiesA photograph of a silver minivan at a Kumbh Mela-style festival camp, with a man in saffron robes and a gold bead necklace seated in the front passenger window, a red tilak on his forehead and a saffron head wrap. He has long dark hair and a small microphone nearby. Outside the window, a man in a dark jacket looks toward the vehicle and a man in a white shirt stands to the right holding a golden staff-like object. Behind the van, a crowd of onlookers stands near tents, saffron-and-white banners, and striped pillars. Printed banners read Nithyananda Dhyanapeetham and show portraits of an orange-robed teacher, with a sign reading Nithyananda Dhyanapeetham Maha Sthan. +1 copiesJuly 30 20082008-07-30 +1 copiesJuly 30 20082008-07-30 +1 copiesJuly 10 20082008-07-10July 25 20072007-07-25July 29 20082008-07-29February 15 20092009-02-15July 30 20082008-07-30 +1 copiesA photograph of a silver Toyota van with a roof rack, seen from the front-side, with a man in an orange turban and orange robe sitting in the front passenger seat leaning out of the open window. He wears a white and red flower garland with marigolds and smiles while raising his right hand in a wave. A driver in a white shirt holds the steering wheel on the left. A small printed photo is taped to the windshield. Hands from the crowd reach toward the open side door, and the van's windshield shows Kannada text on the top left. The setting appears to be a street in front of a pinkish building.
