A photograph of an open green field under an overcast sky, with a construction site in progress. Rows of tall, bare concrete columns with rebar tips stand in a grid over a foundation of pale gravel and sand, with a low concrete wall and a small brick building at left. Mounds of excavated earth and piles of stone lie across the ground, and scattered trees and shrubs fill the background. A utility wire runs diagonally across the top of the frame, and a few small figures are barely visible near the foundation. No ritual, deity or ceremony is shown; the scene is a building site.2006-10-29July 09 20092009-07-09August 20 20092009-08-20October 29 20062006-10-29 +1 copiesDecember 12 20062006-12-12A photograph of an unfinished construction site at dusk under a grey-blue sky. Rows of rebar columns rise from sandy ground, with partially built grey block walls and a small single-storey building with a window and door. A concrete boundary wall runs behind, with dense green palm and tree foliage beyond. Dirt tracks, sparse grass and a utility pole with a wire sit in the foreground, and a leafy branch frames the upper left corner. No people are visible.2006-09-21October 29 20062006-10-29November 16 20062006-11-16August 20 20092009-08-20A wide outdoor construction site under an overcast sky, with bare red-brown earth, mounds of dirt, and piles of grey gravel and stone. Several leafy trees stand in the foreground and midground, with power lines strung across the top of the frame. Two or three small figures in the distance work near concrete footings or rebar, and a pale tall structure stands at the right. Low dry grass covers the lower left, and a few concrete pipes lie at the right edge. No ritual activity, deity, or person identifiable as a person is visible.2006-12-10Outdoor construction site with bare reddish-brown earth, several mounds of excavated soil, and rectangular wooden formwork panels braced by metal struts set into the ground. A few workers in light clothing walk and work near the edge, one wearing a checked lungi. Concrete blocks and a low boundary wall stand at the back, with a large dark green tree, tall palms, a blue tarpaulin and an overcast sky behind them.2006-12-10October 29 20062006-10-29 +1 copies
