December 28 20082008-12-28December 30 20062006-12-30A dim covered hall lined with orange and pink pennant flags, with a crowd of people walking toward a brightly lit shrine at the far end. In the foreground, a man in a white shirt holds a drum wrapped in red fabric, and people in white dhotis and white shirts, some with orange shawls, move through the aisle. At the end, a decorated deity murti stands before pink drapes and hanging lights, with a kalasha-like arrangement near the altar. The scene suggests a procession or darshan line within a temple event.2008-12-24January 08 20102010-01-08December 20 20072007-12-20December 25 20072007-12-25December 30 20062006-12-30December 30 20062006-12-30FEB-2007-01December 17 20102010-12-17Outdoor procession at dusk on a dirt path beneath an orange canopy with yellow fringe and tassels. A central figure in an orange robe walks barefoot, and others in white dhotis and white saris, some with orange shawls, follow. Plastic chairs line the walls and a few onlookers stand by the doorways.2007-02-25
