A long-bearded elderly sadhu in an ochre and brown shawl drapes a gold-and-green brocade shawl over the shoulders of a seated man in an orange dhoti and dark hair, who sits before a gold-embossed ornate throne decorated with yellow and white marigold garlands. Around them stand devotees: a woman in a white sari with a red-orange border, and men in orange and white clothing. The bearded elder is seated a short distance from the throne.2009-08-11A photograph of a ceremonial honouring at a golden throne backdrop framed by orange, yellow, pink and purple flower garlands. A seated person with long matted-looking hair, bare-chested with a white forehead marking, wears layered gold and bead necklaces, rudraksha malas and a gold crown, and is garlanded with white flowers and a red-and-green garland. A standing man in a long swept orange-saffron wrap with long curly hair and bangles places a garland on the seated figure's head. Two other men in saffron wraps stand at right, one holding a silver tray with rose petals and offerings. A woman in red and orange clothing and a garland stands at the left edge.
